SERVICES
A. Preparing detail drawings including electrical layout schemes for internal and external services, connection and taking approval of drawing from client / architect.
B. Drawing up detailed specification tender and compiling detailed estimates and for fixing contractors at the discretion of the Architect / Client.
C. Necessary assistance in the selection of the contractors if desired. Supplying all design and other details as may be required from time to time for the executor of work.
D. Periodical supervision during the execution of work as required at site depending on the progress of work.
E. Certifying all contractor bills and issuing payment certificate, if required.
